5th AGM successfully conducted

Citizens Bank International Limited has conducted its 5th Annual General Meeting on Aswin 29, 2068 at Nepal Pragya Pratisthan under the Chairpersonship of Mr. Kul Chandra Gautam. Mr. Gautam presented annual report of the fiscal year 2067/68. The meeting has approved to provide a cash dividend of 5.53% and bonus share of 5.00% for the fiscal year 2067/68 to its share holders. The Bank had recently opened six new branches making the total 32 branches and 29 ATM Outlets.

The Meeting has also elected Mr. Abinash Pant, Mr. Pradeep Jung Pandey, Mr. Pavitra Kumar Karki and Mr. Arjun Lal Rajbanshi as Director of the Bank from Group A Sub Group ‘1’, ‘2’, ‘3’ and ‘4’ respectively. The detail reports of AGM will be updated in Website soon.
