Candidates should have minimum experience of 10 years for Deputy Manager position in commercial bank. The candidate should have strong target-oriented mindset with a proven past track record of achieving target assigned by management. Candidate should be able to drive results of branches under relevant province in various banking business spectrums like Deposit, Loan, NPA Management, Profitability as well as other banking avenues. Candidate should be able to transform branches into high growth profit generating center. The candidate must be able to strategically lead and support branch teams to meet and exceed business target, effectively implement management decisions within the assigned province, execute and monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions in coordination with corporate office. The candidate should possess strong ethical leadership and professional integrity. Preference shall be given to candidates having prior experience as Province Manager and/or Regional Head.
